The Cranston Police Department recently celebrated the promotion of three officers during a gathering in City Hall’s Council Chambers. Mayor Allan Fung and Chief of Police Col. Michael Winquist provided over the event, to which the families of Capt. Matthew Kite, Lt. Joshua Dygon and Sgt. Alex Travers were welcomed.
