On June 12, Mayor Allan Fung welcomed The Griddle at 2244 Plainfield Pike and its owner, Andrew Tenerella, to the local business community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Griddle opens a range of breakfast and lunch options and has a full liquor license.
