On Friday, Feb. 21, children were able to meet Supergirl during a special storytime at the Cranston Public Library’s Oak Lawn Branch, located at 230 Wilbur Ave. The guest storyteller shared some hero-themed stories as well as some well-known songs and rhymes with a group of approximately 30 children. After the storytime, there was time for guests to get their picture taken with Supergirl, played by the Oak Lawn librarian Tayla Cardillo. (Herald photos by Steve Popiel) 1
