‘A Caregiver’s Journey’
Wednesday, May 15 at 7 p.m.Caregivers will speak on the emotional and physical impact of caregiving. Annie Murphy of the Alzheimer’s Association will then provide a presentation titled “Taking Care of You: Preventing Caregiver Burnout and How to Cope.” To register, call 780-6000.
Mindful Meditation & Relaxation
Through this monthly, four-part series, facilitator Shahnee Lagor will offer participants an opportunity to escape the stress of everyday life and learn techniques to feel rejuvenated. She will use guided imagery, breathing, music and progressive muscle relaxation. To sign up, call 780-6000.

Do you have buttons, zippers, yarn, fabric and sewing needles that you do not know what to do with? Our RSVP Division is collecting these items for a special project. Items can be dropped off at the center or a pickup can be scheduled by calling 780-6159. Our programs assist, inform, entertain and enrich the lives of individuals 55 years and older.
