Council President Farina got on Dan York and the Providence Journal and gave his whole hearted endorsement of these raises, and he's already said publicly he's running for mayor. It feels really dirty. If the raise went to Mayor Fung, fine. He's been a phenomenal Mayor. But no one else deserves it.
