I would like to know exactly what a "non-essential" job is. In reality the are no essential jobs. We can go back to being hunter-gatherers, everyone responsible for themselves and their own. Sounds selfish yet that's what we're doing now. There was an instant run on toilet paper LOL. States are closing borders.

How about non-essential laws and regulations? There was a discussion about keeping chickens in Cranston a few years ago, maybe that should be reconsidered. Wouldn't that "Victory Garden" thing be good now? We are reconsidering all kinds of regulations that have slowly been put into place over the years. Even relaxing FDA regulations on who can make testing kits and breathing equipment. Government will collapse without taxes yet if no one is working, who will pay? At that time all laws and regulations will be null and void. No one to enforce the rules.

Money/wealth is only made by labor. Make a product or provide a service sell it. Or subsistence living provide your own. As the last line of the article states, "Some things in life are bigger than money – like life itself.".
