EGSL should be proud of it's 50 year milestone!
I was the coach of the Panthers for 12 years, ran a clinic for aspiring but not-so-good-players on Saturdays for 5 years and served as the president of the League for 6 years back in the mid 80's to 1991.
Went 1-19 my first year and 3 years later went 20-1! Made playoffs 6 years in a row but my team always choked in the crucial playoff games.
Nevertheless----we all had a great time!
