The Governor has got to open up those communities that don't have a problem so the small businesses can start to earn again.
People have mortgages to pay, rent to pay and all the utility bills. How will a family be able to get above board if they fall 2-3 behind?
Will the banks and landlords adjust the monthly fees or clobber us all at once when things open after not getting a paycheck in a couple of months?
I hate to say this but she should really focus on controls of the nursing homes and if the rates are real high in the Latino community, focus and send extra help to them, even if it means keeping Providence closed!
