MOTHER PLANT: Kevin Rouleau, who oversees cultivation at OSCB is pictured with one of the plants used for cuttings to start new plants. He said lights in the growing rooms are kept on 24-7. When the plants reach maturity they are moved to another room where they get 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness that promotes them to flower.
