A field trip took place at Morris Farm in Warwick at the end of June for the first graders in Jodi Joseph and Kerry Pomfret's classes at Glen Hills Elementary School. The farm is a 43-acre working farm run by the third generation of the Morris family. The students learned about the workings of the farm and had the chance to meet some of the local farm animals and plant seeds to take home with them for their own gardens.
