Meanwhile, the two huge Showcase Cinemas in Warwick sit empty as corporate tries to come up with a plan.

It is more complicated than social distancing. There are just not that many new movies gathering dust on the shelves, and productions are halted at the present time.

The last movies we reviewed back in early March were “The Hunt” and “Bloodshot,” both worthy of only one star.

It seems to us that with all the “houses” in Warwick and Warwick Mall Cinemas, especially the big ones, social distancing could be easily achieved.

Netflix: Oldies and newbies

After watching all episodes of “Ozark,” “Breaking Bad” and “The Last Kingdom,” I turned to Steve Carell’s hilarious “Space Force,” which ending without completion.

Next was “The Kominsky Method,” the hilarious series about two senior citizens, starring Alan Arkin and Michael Douglas. I highly recommend it, especially for seniors.

“Tiger King” soon grew tiresome.

Nearly 10 years ago my son-in-law was hooked on two series that both went on for years and had fascinating good/evil main characters – “Dexter” and “Nurse Jackie.” I watch a couple episodes daily and avoid binge watching.
