The Warwick Beacon’s Athlete of the Week is Pilgrim baseball pitcher Nolan Canestrari. Canestrari had a breakout season last year and has been even better as a senior in 2025. Despite the team falling to Cumberland 1-0 on Tuesday, the ace was sharp as he struck out 13 batters in 6 2/3 innings of work.
