Roger M. Ayotte, 70, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife Karen (Leblanc) of 38 years and his family by his side. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Edgar and Pauline (Martin) Ayotte.

Roger graduated American High School in Kaisersbugton, Germany. After graduation he proudly served his country in the United States Army. Roger worked for the Teamsters Local 251 driving a truck for Angelica Textiles and Roofing Concepts before his retirement.

Roger had a love of classic cars and car shows. He was a member of the Unknown Truckers Van Club. Roger and Karen used to enjoy vacationing in New Hampshire.

Besides his wife, Roger is survived by his daughter Nicole Dellaquila and her husband Joseph, his adoring grandsons Trevor and Joey of Henderson, Nevada. He is survived by his siblings, Richard and his wife Leanne, Leo, John and his wife Pamela, Arthur and his wife Annette, Jerry and his wife Marie, Bobby, Pauline and her husband Paul, Karen and her husband Donald, Rose and her husband Craig, and Ann and her husband, and the late Susan, as well his brother in law, and many nieces and nephews, and good friends.

His funeral will be held on Friday February 14, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 350 Fair Street Warwick. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
