After 65-year-old bakery Zaccagnini’s on Oaklawn Ave. closed in July due to retirement, a new round of baked goods is now on sale in the same location at DeLuise Bakery. The new owners, Anthony Jr., David and Salvatore, had been operating their original DeLuise Bakery on Chalkstone Ave. in Providence and were able to purchase the location to expand to Cranston. Pictured at the ribbon cutting are Alex DeLuise, Sal DeLuise, Mayor Allan Fung and Dave DeLuise. (Herald photo by Steve Popiel)
