Catch up on your Z's with a new mattress

There are some products in life that always need replacing: clothing, shoes, worn out tires. People use these items everyday, yet there are some old and worn belongings that individuals seem to forget about, such as mattresses. As a product that is used every night, there comes a time for a replacement.

Luckily, if you are in need of a sleep cycle change, Cranston High School East’s Music Department has you covered with their one-day mattress fundraiser on Jan. 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the building’s gymnasium. The athletic facility will be transformed into a mattress showroom with 25 different mattress styles on display – in all sizes and styles for customers to try; individuals will also notice how the setup is similar to a retail store’s mattress showroom.

Brands like Simmons Beautyrest and Therapeutic Mattresses will be available for purchase and come with full factory warranties; products can be up to 50 percent below retail price. Customers will also find an assortment of adjustable power bases, premium pillows, bed frames and mattress protectors – either for their existing mattress or a new one. Items will also be available two to three weeks after purchasing, and customers can place their orders on-site.

As the 1st annual Cranston High School East Music Department Mattress Fundraiser, this event offers same-as-cash financing, delivery and tons of savings. Best of all, Cranston High School East Music Department benefits from every purchase thanks to Custom Fundraising Solutions (CFS), the company providing the mattresses.

The money will help with equipment, supplies, costumes and staff stipends for the Cranston Combined Percussion Ensemble. This group of student musicians from both Cranston East and West will be competing starting the end of February through mid-April.

CFS first introduced The Mattress Fundraiser to the Cleveland, Ohio market in 2005. The company now has over 100 locations and works with more than 2,000 schools nationwide. The unique business model helps schools raise thousands of dollars in just one day, and to date, the company has given back over $40 million.
