The team won the Rhode Island State Championship, advancing to Bristol, CT, where they won the Little League East Region tournament to become New England champions. As New England champions, the girls punched their ticket to the Little League Softball World Series in Greenville, North Carolina, becoming the first R.I. team since 2015 to reach the World Series.
