On Feb. 10, the St. Mary’s Feast Society Ladies Auxiliary held their 40th Annual Valentine Polenta Party with a sold-out crowd at the St. Mary’s Feast Society Hall on Phenix Ave.
Featured at the event was Michael A. Panarello of Johnston performing his “Frankie Valli Tribute.”
The St. Mary’s Feast Society was decorated for Valentine’s Day and a full course dinner including salad, pasta, chicken marsala, polenta, potato and vegetables, bread, butter, and desserts made by Ladies Auxiliary members. A cash bar was available, and several raffles were held.
The event was emceed by Maria Manzi, president of the St. Mary’s Feast Society Ladies Auxiliary whose mother, Kathleen Manzi, started the event 40 years ago when she was the St. Mary’s Feast Society Ladies Auxiliary President.
