The undersigned Treasurer of the City of Cranston hereby gives notice that he will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in the Cranston City Council Chambers 869 Park Ave. Cranston, RI 02910 on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 8:30 AM the various parcels of real estate or so much as may be necessary to pay the taxes and assessments which constitute a lien thereon as set forth in the original advertisement on the May 4, 2023 issue of the Cranston Herald, to which reference is hereby made.
Property upon which taxes and assessments have been paid since the advertisement first appeared will not, of course, be included in the sale.
Terms: Certified Funds - No Cash Will Be Accepted Payments must be dropped off to Cranston City Hall Tax Collections by 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 24, 2023
