There will be a Public Hearing to consider a proposed amendment, Ordinance No. 1-23-03 to the Zoning Ordinance and the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning for certain property located on 2110 Plainfield Pike and known as Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 9 (the “Property”) as zoned A-80. The subject property is depicted on the enclosed map.
The applicant is requesting a change of zone for Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 9 (the “Property”) A-80 to M-2. The application states that the property is to be used for “Storage, Sales of Equipment, Sales of Parts, Service of Equipment and Resale of Same by Milton/Caterpillar”.

Pursuant to R.I.G.L. 45-23-53(A)(5), these proposed regulations may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing, provided that any such alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the public hearing.
