City Plan Commission Recommendation to the City Council
Proposed Zone Change - 0 Sage Drive
(REMANDED by the City Council Ordinance Committee 9.15.21)

There will be a Public Informational Meeting to consider a proposed amendment, Ordinance No. 7-21-17 to the Zoning Ordinance and the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning for certain property located on 0 Sage Drive and known as Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 2 (the “Property”) as zoned A-80.  The subject property is depicted on the enclosed map.

The applicant is requesting a change of zone for Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 2 (the “Property”) from A-80 to A-20.  The application states that the property is to be used for “Single Family Residences.”

The City Plan Commission’s Pubic Informational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 at 6:30 pm in the Cranston City Hall Council Chambers, 869 Park Ave., Cranston RI. 

The purpose of this meeting is for the City Plan Commission re-hear this matter and render a formal recommendation on the proposed ordinance to the City Council Ordinance Committee.  All interested parties are invited to attend this public informational meeting at which the proposal will be presented by the applicant for public comment and City Plan Commission review.
