ORDINANCE NO. 200-42 IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 10.32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED ‘MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC’ (New Hampshire and Southern)

 Passed:  December 17, 2020
Approved:  December 28, 2020

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 10.32, Section .030 entitled " Multi-way Stop intersections- enumerated” is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

New Hampshire and Southern, 4 way stop.

*Section 2.  [Section 10.32.020 entitled “Stop Intersections-Enumerated” is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Southern Street at its intersection with New Hampshire Street.]

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

ORDINANCE NO. 2020-43 IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 10.32 OF TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC”  
(Newell Road at Bedford Road Stop)

SECTION 1.  Title 10.32.020 of the Code of the City of Cranston, entitled “Stop Intersections – Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following:

Newell Road at its intersecton with Bedford Road

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
