City of Cranston Ordinance Adopted

Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the City Charter, notice is hereby given of the Final Adoption of the following Ordinance.

ORDINANCE 2022-3

IN AMENDMENT  OF CHAPTER 10.12.270 – OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC – ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ON CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS”

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 10.12.270 is hereby amended by adding the following:

Vehicle traffic shall move only in the following specific direction between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Eden Park Dr. northerly from Aqueduct Rd.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
