    Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the City Charter, notice is hereby given of the Final Adoption of the following Ordinance.

    Complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public review at the City Clerk’s Office and the Cranston Central Library.

ORDINANCE 2022-33 IN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 10, CHAPTER 12, SECTION 210 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - THROUGH TRUCKING – PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS” (Crescent Ave. and Harmon Ave.)

Passed:  September 26, 2022

Approved:  September 28, 2022

 

It is Ordained by the City of Cranston City Council as follows:

Section 1.  Title 10, Chapter 12, Section 210 is hereby amended by adding the following:

Crescent Avenue.

Harmon Avenue.

Section 2.   This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

ORDINANCE 2022-34 IN AMENDMENT OF TTITLE 10, CHAPTER 32, SECTION 020 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC – STOP INTERSECTIONS-ENUMERATED” (Knollwood Ave. and Riverfarm Rd.)

Approved:  September 28, 2022                  

It is Ordained by the City of Cranston City Council as follows:

 

Section 1.  Title 10, Chapter 12 and Section.020 is hereby amended by adding the following:

Knollwood Ave., at its intersection with Riverfarm Rd.

Section 2.   This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
