The subject parcel is located off Warren Avenue on so-called Stoneham Court and designated as Assessor’s Plat 18-4, Lot 714, 684 and 798. The property owner and applicant are Calise Development Plat LLC c/o PO Box 277, Greenville, RI 02828. The property is zoned A-6.
The entire parcel is 63,530 +/- square feet. The proposed RPD consists of three (3) two-unit condominiums for a total of six (6) dwelling units.
The RPD is consistent with the Cranston Comprehensive Plan – Future Land Use Map and will be serviced by public water and sewer.
All staff reports, recommendations, and the PowerPoint slide presentation with additional details on this application will be posted to the City’s website and can be found on the Planning Department’s webpage at https://www.cranstonri.com/departments/planning/. If you are unable to access the internet, you can contact the Cranston Planning Department directly at 780-3222 and paper copies will be mailed out to you.
As an abutting resident, you are invited to attend this public information meeting at which time, plans will be presented for public comment and City Plan Commission review. The application may be reviewed prior to the meeting in the Planning Department, Room 309, Cranston City Hall, during regular office hours, 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Pursuant to the Cranston Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, the proposed plan may be revised by the City Plan Commission as a result of further study or because of views expressed at this meeting. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired should contact the Planning Department at 461-1000 ext. 3136, seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting date.
