The Cranston City Plan Commission will meet to review the Preliminary Plan for a proposed Minor Subdivision with a street extension entitled “Cullion Homes”. This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 6:30 P.M., in the City Council Chamber of Cranston City Hall, 869 Park Avenue at which time plans will be presented for public comment and City Plan Commission consideration.

The subject parcel is located off the paper street titled Lilyana Way and designated as Assessor’s Plat 18-3, Lot 2006. The property owner is Preservation Development LLC c/o 29 South View Terrace, Cranston, RI 02920 and the applicant is Mark Cullion c/o 875 Phenix Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920. The property is zoned A-8.
The proposal is to extend a paper street and subdivide a 26,216 square foot lot into two lots. The proposal is consistent with the Cranston Zoning Ordinance and will be serviced by public water and sewer. The proposal requires waivers from standards for curbing and the installation of a cul-de-sac to be consistent with the Cranston Subdivision & Land Development Regulations.

As an abutting resident, you are invited to attend this public information meeting at which time, plans will be presented for public comment and City Plan Commission review. The application may be reviewed prior to the meeting in the City Planning Department, Room 309, Cranston City Hall, during regular office hours, 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Pursuant to the Cranston Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, the proposed plan may be revised by the City Plan Commission as a result of further study or because of views expressed at this meeting.
