It was forty-five years ago this October that a small business was launched by the father/son team of the now late “Libby” Orsi and his son Eugene and a third business partner, Tom Colantonio. Off to a humble start, this three-man operation opened a shop out of a two-car garage in Providence and sold store fixtures to small commercial and retail businesses. They named their fledgling company “Cole Cabinet.”

Fast-forward 45 remarkable years, two moves, ongoing expansion and unparalleled workmanship and you will find that Cole Cabinet Co., Inc. is not only growing, it is flourishing! The still family-owned and operated company has enlarged its management team to include Eugene’s talented sons Michael and Steven. Time has only improved this business, like a finely-aged plank of hardwood.

Over these 45 years, Cole Cabinet Co., Inc. has continued to be a mainstay for kitchen and bath remodeling throughout New England. Located within an old mill building in Cranston, Cole Cabinet occupies nearly 16,000 square feet, shared between their custom woodworking shop and the large retail showroom. Customers can come and see mock-ups of real kitchens and bathrooms, complete with all the cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and accessories. The team of talented craftsman and on-site design specialists will help coordinate every detail of a project from 3D renderings to all the finishing touches ~ with honest advice and respect for your budget.

Remaining true to their roots, Cole Cabinet is a leader in manufacturing custom millwork for both residential and commercial customers. Their work includes many of the restaurants, stores, offices and local car dealerships that you probably already frequent!

Also true to their roots of continually striving to improve and cater to their ever-growing customer base, Cole Cabinet, Co. has opened a brand-new Kitchen Outlet! Situated in the retail section of the building is a shiny new outlet where customers can purchase cabinetry from the brand name Mantra® in several different finishes and style options. This high-quality, beautiful cabinetry can be available within 5 to 7 business days!
