The undersigned Treasurer of the City of Cranston hereby gives notice that he will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in the Cranston High School East Auditorium located at 899 Park Ave. Cranston RI on the 19th of August, 2020 at 8:30 AM the various parcels of real estate or so much as may be necessary to pay the taxes and assessments which constitute a lien thereon as set forth in the original advertisement on the July 30, 2020 issue of the Cranston Herald, to which reference is hereby made.

Please note that this tax sale was originally scheduled to be held in the City Council Chamber City Hall 869 Park Ave. Cranston RI. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have moved the location of the tax sale to Cranston High School East Auditorium 899 Park Ave. Cranston, RI 02910. We have also moved the start time of the tax sale from 8:30 am to 9:00 am to allow additional time for participants to appear at the Cranston High School East Auditorium.

Property upon which taxes and assessments have been paid since the advertisement first appeared will not, of course, be included in the sale.

Terms: Certified Funds - No Cash Will Be Accepted
