Spring is right around the corner.

Recently I took a trip to Virginia Beach.  It was a great preview to spring, with daffodils blooming and greenery everywhere.  I loved it!

What I didn’t love was the reminder that it’s time to bring out the shorts and sleeveless tops.  It’s easier to hide extra weight under winter clothes.  I have worked with a nutrition company for many years, so I don’t gain a lot of weight, but even five to ten pounds looks different with summer clothes and bathing suits.

Every year a group of us do a 30 day program that starts with an eleven-day shred.  We go hard the first 11 days to really get some traction in hitting our goals.  Doing things as a group makes it fun and adds a level of accountability.  We do it through a Facebook group.

It’s a private group and there is no charge to join.  We will have lots of recipes and ideas to help with your success! If I would love to get you some info if you’d like to consider joining and tackling some health goals that you are working on before the warm weather is here!  We are starting on March 20th.
