St. Mary’s Feast Society hosted its 4th annual Game Dinner, featuring featuring an abundance of game meats, prepared by chef Dale Moro. The evening saw 135 diners well fed with seven courses in all. First, marinated venison salad; second, rabbit italian wedding soup; third, antelope bolognaise with penne; fourth, pork and peas; fifth, elk Swedish meatballs with egg noodles; sixth, garlic-parmesan game hens; sixth, camel stuffed peppers; and finally spumoni for the final course.
