DUI

On Feb. 19 at 7:59 p.m., police arrested Liberata Piccolino, 55, 25 Holland St., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Piccolino was arrested as a result of an accident investigation on Meshanticut Valley Parkway.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Feb. 14 at 8:09 p.m., police arrested Moraima Ortiz Rivera, 48, 160 Broad St., Providence, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone.

On Feb. 20 at 5:44 p.m., police arrested Brian Raymond Jr., 31, 226 Northup St., Cranston, on charges of domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

On Feb. 20 at 10 p.m., police arrested Robert Pinero, 34, 55 Oak St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT

On Feb. 20 at 10:28 a.m., police arrested Ashley Brogno, 28, 226 Northup St., Cranston, on charges of assault and obstruction of justice. Police say Brogno was arrested as a result of a service call on Northup Street.

EXTORTION/CYBERSTALKING

On Feb. 18 at 5:30 p.m., police arrested Kayman Shepard, 18, 91 Cliffdale Ave., Cranston, on charges of extortion/blackmail and cyberstalking prohibited.

B&E

On Feb. 18 at 11:35 a.m., police arrested Rhoshone Skinner, 33, 474 Farmington Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of breaking and entering into a dwelling house.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Feb. 15 at 5 p.m., police arrested Jorge Baptista, 42, 26 Lorraine St., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, on charges of possession of cocaine and driving with a suspended license, 12th offense. Police say Baptista was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue.

On Feb. 20 at 9:42 p.m., police arrested Ario Pallante, 19, 38 Dyerville Ave., Johnston, on charges of possession of marijuana over an ounce, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say Pallante was arrested as a result of a suspicious person investigation on Gansett Avenue.

STOLEN GOODS

On Feb. 16 at 4:45 p.m., police arrested Mark Lizarda, 46, 15 Stadden St., Providence, on two counts of receiving stolen goods. Police say Lizarda was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Legion Way.

LARCENY

On Feb. 14 at 7 a.m., police arrested Andrea Miller, 37, 8 Long Meadow Road, Portsmouth, on a charge of larceny under $1,500. Police say Miller was arrested as a result of a larceny report on Apple Hill Drive.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 14 at 5:14 p.m., police arrested Chantay Allen, 59, 19 Tappan St., Providence, on charges of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Allen was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Elmwood Avenue and was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Sixth Division District Court.

On Feb. 14 at 5:14 p.m., police arrested Carl Moore, 62, 899 Branch Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Moore was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Elmwood Avenue.

On Feb. 19 at 3:35 p.m., police arrested Geraldo Gonzalez, 50, 160 Broad St., Providence, on two counts of shoplifting and a charge of resisting arrest. Police say Gonzalez was arrested as a result of a larceny complaint on Garfield Avenue.

On Feb. 20 at 5 p.m., police arrested June Cerce, 79, 10 Bateman Ave., Apt. C1, Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Cerce was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Pontiac Avenue.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Feb. 18 at 9:52 p.m., police arrested Crystal Martinez, 21, 85 Lawrence St., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Martinez was arrested as a result of a service call on Lawrence Street.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Feb. 20 at 5:21 p.m., police arrested Bianca Cruz, 26, 40 Perkins Ave., Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Cruz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Feb. 17 at 3:37 p.m., police arrested Shawn Wolfenden, 30, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Wolfenden was transferred from the custody of Johnston Police.

WARRANTS

On Feb. 15 at 7:19 p.m., police took Michael Beaumier, 44, 194 Dora St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Beaumier was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On Feb. 17 at 9:15 a.m., police took Steven Marsden, 30, 33 Woodmont St., Providence, into custody as a fugitive from justice on a warrant issued in Maine. Police say Marsden was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

On Feb. 17 at 10:11 a.m., police took Rosjan Young, 32, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, into custody on three bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court and a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Young was arrested as a result of a suspicious person call on Chapel View Boulevard.

On Feb. 17 at 12:46 p.m., police took Angel Gonzalez, 46, 9 Franklin Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Gonzalez was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Avenue.

On Feb. 20 at 4:45 a.m., police took Deborah Bermudez, 22, 14 Sabra St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Bermudez was arrested as a result of a warrant pickup on Sabra Street.
