DOMESTIC CHARGES

On July 15 at 1:11 p.m., police arrested Tatiana McKinney, 24, 1269 Cranston St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On July 16 at 3:50 p.m., police arrested Gregory Lee Garmon, 38, 39 Carlton St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On July 16 at 8:06 p.m., police arrested Sandon Gene Ciesynski, 44, 217 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, on charges of domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism, duty to stop for an accident, reckless driving and driving to endanger.

On July 17 at 12:36 a.m., police arrested Jessica Grenier, 38, 49 Harvard St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

DRIVING TO ENDANGER

On July 16 at 5:06 p.m., police arrested Janaisa Ortega, 22, 483 Dexter St., Providence, on charges of driving to endanger resulting in physical injury and reckless driving. Police say Ortega turned herself in at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters and was later released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On July 13 at 4:06 p.m., police arrested Luis Rodriguez Cruz, 38, 1064 Atwells Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of shoplifting, conspiracy and possession of fentanyl. Police say Rodriguez Cruz was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Plainfield Pike. He was additionally taken into custody on three bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court and one bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On July 13 at 4:06 p.m., police arrested Marielise Ortiz Colon, 29, 1064 Atwells Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Ortiz Colon was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Plainfield Pike. She was additionally taken into custody on three bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court and one bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

On July 13 at 5:32 p.m., police arrested Amanda Malzone, 26, Franklin, Massachusetts, on two counts of shoplifting. Police say Malzone was arrested as a result of a service call on Garfield Avenue and later released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

On July 17 at 2:25 a.m., police arrested Thomas Zarra, 29, 93 Atwells Ave., Apt. 3B, Providence, on charges of shoplifting, willful trespassing and conspiracy. Police say Zarra was transferred from the custody of Narragansett Police.

STOLEN VEHICLE

On July 14 at 12:49 a.m., police arrested Macodou Sall, 22, 216 Illinois St., Apt. 6, Central Falls, on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Police say Sall was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street and later released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

STOLEN GOODS

On July 13 at 3:38 p.m., police arrested Kiana Acosta, 19, 27 Waterman Ave., Cranston, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Acosta was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue and was later released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

On July 16 at 1:45 a.m., police arrested a juvenile on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say the juvenile was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Dennis Avenue and later released into the custody of an adult relative.

FORGERY

On July 14 at 10:27 a.m., police arrested Todd Greene, 57, 80 Diamond St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Greene was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue and later released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

VANDALISM

On July 15 at 3:43 p.m., police arrested Gilbert Aubin, 78, 75 Mathewson St., Apt. C105, on two counts of vandalism/malicious injury to property. Police say Aubin turned himself at the department’s headquarters on Garfield Avenue and was released with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On July 17 at 12:59 a.m., police arrested Sophonn Pheap, 39, 103 Julia St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say Pheap was arrested as a result of a service call on Julia Street.

PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

On July 14 at 1:02 p.m., police arrested Kailee Withrow, 23, 180 Grace St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a protection order. Police say Withrow was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

On July 16 at 9:13 a.m., police arrested Kimberly Macinnes, 64, 288 Lawnacre Drive, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a protective order.
