DRIVING TO ENDANGER

On Sept. 21 at 9:24 p.m., police arrested Jacob K. Gardner, 19, 30 Gilbert Street, Warwick, on charges of driving to endanger, resulting in personal injury, and reckless driving/drag racing. Police say Gardner was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Broad Street.

On Sept. 21 at 9:24 p.m., police arrested George Rodriguez, 30, 20 Carr St., Providence, on charges of driving to endanger, resulting in personal injury, and reckless driving/drag racing. Police say Rodriguez was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Broad Street.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Sept. 20 at 7:14 p.m., police arrested Jose L. Marte, 38, 43 Beachmont Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 24 at 8:36 p.m., police arrested Stephen Delellis, 53, 38 Bailey St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 25 at 1:58 p.m., police arrested Angel Carrascoza, 26, 138 Terrace Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 27 at 4:28 p.m., police arrested Waleed Ellaham, 33, 45 Warwick Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic kidnapping, domestic simple assault (third or subsequent offense), domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone and domestic disorderly conduct.

DRUG CHARGES

On Sept. 23 at 6:46 p.m., police arrested Felicia Medeiros, 30, 225 Juniper St., East Providence, on a charge of possession of narcotics. Police say Medeiros was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On Sept. 23 at 6:46 p.m., police arrested Rueben Pacheco, 32, Rehoboth, Massachusetts, on a charge of possession of narcotics. Police say Pacheco was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On Sept. 26 at 10:09 a.m., police arrested Stephan McCants, 55, 50 Birch St., Apt. 903, Cranston, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Police say McCants was arrested as a result of a “suspicious person stop.”

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Sept. 24 at 6:56 p.m., police arrested Eric Neilson, 36, 13 Meader St., Lincoln, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police said Neilson was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Park Avenue and South Clarendon Street.

On Sept. 24 at 8:49 p.m., police arrested John Catugno, 56, 6305 Scituate Vista Drive, Cranston, on a charge of larceny under $1,500, three counts of fraudulent use of credit cards, three counts of conspiracy, and a charge of conspiracy to commit larceny. Police say Catugno was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police. He was additionally taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued from North Providence Police.

On Sept. 24 at 8:49 p.m., police arrested Susan Taylor, 50, 6305 Scituate Vista Drive, Cranston, on a charge of larceny under $1,500, three counts of fraudulent use of credit cards, three counts of conspiracy, and a charge of conspiracy to commit larceny. Police say Taylor was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police. She was additionally taken into custody on arrest warrants issued from police in North Providence and Smithfield.

On Sept. 25 at 3:35 p.m., police arrested Bryan Angeles, 23, 10 Rounds Ave., Providence, on charges of obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say Angeles was arrested as a result of a call for service on Pontiac Avenue.

On Sept. 25 at 3:35 p.m., police arrested Andy Garcia Arias, 20, 3 Linwood Ave., Providence, on charges of driving a motor vehicle without consent of the owner, reckless driving/eluding police, making a false financial statement to obtain a loan, and conspiracy. Police say Garcia Arias was arrested as a result of a call for service on Pontiac Avenue.

On Sept. 25 at 3:35 p.m., police arrested Luis Rodriguez Lopez, 24, 64 Taylor St., Providence, on charges of making a false financial statement to obtain a loan, resisting arrest, possession of a false ID and conspiracy. Police say Rodriguez Lopez was arrested as a result of a call for service on Pontiac Avenue.

On Sept. 25 at 9:54 p.m., police arrested Holly Dossantos, 36, 825 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 13-204, Cranston on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and vandalism. Police say Dossantos was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Pontiac Avenue.

ASSAULT

On Sept. 23 at 8:49 p.m., police arrested Christine Robinson, 41, 51 Cowesett Ave., Apt. 34, Warwick, on a charge of simple assault. Police say Robinson was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Northup Street.

On Sept. 23 at 9:30 p.m., police arrested Braijon Toney, 18, 220 Washington St., Providence, on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Toney was arrested as a result of a call for service on Narragansett Boulevard.

COUNTERFEIT BILLS

On Sept. 27 at 6:41 p.m., police arrested Matthew Fath, 33, 52 Narragansett Ave., West Warwick, on charges of passing of counterfeit bills/certificates and obtaining money/goods under false pretenses, under $1,500. Police say Fath was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

STOLEN GOODS

On Sept. 22 at 5:20 p.m., police arrested Shawn Docekal, 37, 44 Wright Way, Coventry, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Docekal was arrested as a result of a suspicious persons call on Garfield Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Third Division District Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On Sept. 22 at 11:15 p.m., police arrested Morgan Smith, 38, 76 Sweet Ave., Woonsocket, on three counts of shoplifting and three counts of conspiracy. Police say Smith was transferred from the custody of North Smithfield Police.

On Sept. 26 at 7:26 p.m., police arrested Davion Brown, 18, 14 Myra St., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Brown was arrested as a result of a call for service on Plainfield Pike.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Sept. 25 at 12:31 p.m., police arrested Philip Calabro, 29, 55 Everly St., Cranston, on charges of obstructing officer in the execution of duty and resisting arrest. Police say Calabro was investigated during a crime scene investigation on Cranston Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Sept. 21 at 3:57 p.m., police arrested Jose Villar, 28, Manhattan, New York, on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Villar was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance call on Dyer Avenue.

On Sept. 22 at 8:14 p.m., police arrested Mailene Garcia, 30, 16 Villa Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Garcia was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance call on Villa Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Sept. 20 at 5:48 p.m., police arrested Walter E. Baquiax Bulux, 24, 39 Wendell St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

WARRANTS

On Sept. 21 at 8:43 p.m., police took Scott Almanzor Hicks, 46, 65 Wheeler Ave., Cranston, into custody as a fugitive from justice on a warrant issued from Maine. Police say Hicks was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Phenix Avenue.

On Sept. 22 at 12:10 a.m., police took Michael A. Saraiva, 44, 46 Florida Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Saraiva was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.
