DUI On June 12 at 11:53 p.m., police arrested Stephanie Upham, 34, 758 Atwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical test. Police say Upham was arrested as a result of a report of an erratic operator.

On June 12 at 11:53 p.m., police arrested Stephanie Upham, 34, 758 Atwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical test. Police say Upham was arrested as a result of a report of an erratic operator.
On June 11 at 2:59 p.m., police arrested Bryan Valdez-Espinosa, 21, Union City, New Jersey, on charges of obtaining money under false pretenses, over $1,500, and exploitation of elders. Police say Valdez-Espinosa was arrested as a result of a call for service on Henry Street.
On June 7 at 3:33 p.m., police arrested Eliezer Rivera, 47, 186 Chapin Ave., Apt. 102, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Rivera was arrested as a result of a larceny complaint on Garfield Avenue.
On June 11 at 5:52 p.m., police arrested Elizabeth Dwyer, 37, 15 Monangahela Ave., North Providence, on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance. Police say Dwyer was arrested as a result of a call for service on Plainfield Pike. She was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court.
On June 12 at 3:20 p.m., police arrested Trisha Hecks, 34, no address listed, on three counts of felony shoplifting. Police say Hecks was arrested as a result of a shoplifting call on Garfield Avenue. She was additionally taken into custody on three bench warrants issued from Superior Court.
On June 8 at 1:13 p.m., police arrested Edgar Moya, 47, 110 Sherwood St., Providence, on charges of electronic tracking of motor vehicles and violation of a Family Court order of protection.
On June 12 at 8:04 p.m., police arrested Michael Cory, 44, 400 Newport Ave., Apt. 207, East Providence, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Cory was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.
