DUI

On Aug. 9 at 12:06 a.m., police arrested Kimberly Peralta, 24, 352 Thurbers Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of driving under the influence with a passenger under the age of 13. Police say Peralta was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Aug. 1 at 11:18 p.m., police arrested Francis Sime, 25, 65 Algonquin St., Providence, on charges of domestic assault with deadly weapon and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 2 at 1:07 a.m., police arrested Jenny Poeung, 30, 75 Pershing St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 3 at 6:25 p.m., police arrested Daniel Banner, 32, 111 Arnold Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and violation of a no-contact order.

On Aug. 5 at 5:30 p.m., police arrested Steven Lafazia, 18, 160 Warwick Ave., Apt. 4, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 7 at 7:52 p.m., police arrested Sension Jimenez, 26, 16 Saunders St., Pawtucket, on charges of domestic breaking and entering of a dwelling when resident on premises and violation of a no-contact order. Police say Jimenez was additionally taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Woonsocket Police.

On Aug. 8 at 1:09 p.m., police arrested David Rodriguez, 22, 251 Waldo St., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of domestic simple assault and battery.

ARSON

On Aug. 9 at 2:14 a.m., police arrested Donald Hubert, 23, 2 Phillips Ave., Warwick, on a charge of fourth-degree arson. Police say Hubert was arrested after officers responded to a call for service on Doric Avenue.

B&E

On Aug. 7 at 8:11 p.m., police arrested Randy Watson, 30, 212 Orms St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of unlawful breaking and entering of a dwelling house. Police say Watson was arrested after officers responded to a call for service on Lincoln Avenue.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Aug. 8 at 10:15 a.m., police arrested Randy Tillman, 24, 230 Dexter St., Apt. B106, Providence, on charges of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and resisting arrest. Police say Tillman was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

On Aug. 10 at 12:03 a.m., police arrested Kavid Izquierdo-Maldonado, 20, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. H142, Cranston, on a charge of obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. Police said Izquierdo-Maldonado was arrested as a result of a call for service on Sockanosset Cross Road.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Aug. 2 at 3:34 p.m., police arrested Barnett McCarthy, 52, 11 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say McCarthy was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Lincoln Avenue. McCarthy was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

On Aug. 2 at 3:34 p.m., police arrested Jessen Nichols, 51, 5 Waites Corner Road, West Kingston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Nichols was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Lincoln Avenue. Nicholas was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Aug. 6 at 6:25 p.m., police arrested Steven Wilson Jr., 28, 212 Bracken St., Cranston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. Police say Wilson was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On Aug. 6 at 12:04 a.m., police arrested Thomas Romeo Jr., 19, 58 Steuben St., Providence, on charges of reckless driving/eluding, resisting arrest and driving after suspension of license. Police say Romeo was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Alto Street.

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING

On Aug. 4 at 10:30 a.m., police arrested Tyrone Walker, 20, 11 Victoria Mount, Johnston, on a charge of forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Walker was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue. Walker was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Aug. 2 at 3:54 p.m., police arrested Christopher Rivas, 25, 1605 Douglas Ave., Apt. 3, North Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Rivas was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike. Rivas was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

On Aug. 8 at 10:15 a.m., police arrested Justin Ayala, 24, 119 Waverly St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Ayala was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Ayala was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Third Division District Court.

WARRANTS

On Aug. 3 at 4 p.m., police took Dandy L. Perez, 21, 211 Waldo St., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Perez was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

On Aug. 3 at 7:46 p.m., police took Todd Moore, 29, 132 Calla St., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Moore was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Aug. 7 at 5:24 p.m., police took Brandon Dolivramento, 29, 19 Marigold Court, North Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Dolivramento was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 8 at 4:40 p.m., police took Richardson Baptiste, 30, 461 Elmwood Ave., Apt. 6, Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Baptiste was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Netherlands Avenue.

On Aug. 9 at 3:34 p.m., police took Rosita Rojas Guerra, 43, 392 Union Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Rojas Guerra was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.
