MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Oct. 1 at 3:10 p.m., police arrested Sergio Cesar Torres, 50, 257 Fiat Ave., Cranston, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of fentanyl, possession of THC, possession of a firearm by a convict during a crime of violence and carrying dangerous weapons. Police say Torres was arrested as a result of a narcotics investigation on Fiat Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Sept. 29 at 6:11 p.m., police arrested Darius Fernandez, 24, 27 Gillen St., second floor, Providence, on charges of domestic cyberstalking and cyber-harassment.

On Sept. 30 at 3:58 p.m., police arrested Justin Nolen, 22, 60 Sharpe St., West Greenwich, on a charge of domestic simple assault and battery.

On Oct. 2 at 10:33 p.m., police arrested Andres Reyes, 22, 45 Clemence St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.

STOLEN GOODS

On Sept. 30 at 12:10 p.m., police arrested Nicholas Russo, 30, 3 Langsberries Ave., North Providence, on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and receiving stolen goods. Police say Russo was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

On Oct. 2 at 10:30 a.m., police arrested Carmel Pintor, 49, 42 Grafton St., Providence, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Pintor was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On Oct. 1 at 3:47 p.m., police arrested Daniel Alvarez, 63, 32 Cranston St., Apt. 4, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Alvarez was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

On Oct. 2 at 5:39 p.m., police arrested Wilkeidys Concepcion, 27, 76 Ortoleva Drive, first floor, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Concepcion was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

FALSE REPORT

On Oct. 2 at 4:45 p.m., police arrested Alexandria Hicks, 25, 18 Doane St., Cranston, on a charge of making a false report of a crime. Police say Hicks was arrested at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Oct. 1 at 11:08 p.m., police arrested Tanasia Smith, 24, 1058 Atwells Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Smith was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Oct. 2 at 12:04 a.m., police arrested Courtney Bryan, 26, 1137 Narragansett Parkway, Warwick, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Bryan was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Woodhaven Court.

RESISTING ARREST

On Oct. 3 at 10:56 p.m., police arrested Xenia Recinos, 30, 77 Stella St., Providence, on a charge of resisting arrest. Police say Recinos was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Atwood Avenue.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE

On Oct. 4 at 5:16 p.m., police arrested Victor Roots, 23, 664 Broad St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of driving without a license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Roots was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Oct. 3 at 9:49 p.m., police arrested Enrique Peralta, 29, 90 Rosedale St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. Police say Peralta was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Webster and Ryder avenues.

WARRANTS

On Oct. 1 at 9:11 a.m., police took Moraima Ortiz Rivera, 49, 160 Broad St., Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Ortiz Rivera was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Farmington Avenue.

On Oct. 1 at 10 a.m., police took Karla M. Severino, 27, 12 Grover St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Severino was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Oct. 1 at 12:51 p.m., police took Gary Chamberland, 41, 48 Golden View Drive, Johnston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Chamberland was arrested a result of a warrant pick-up on Reservoir Avenue.

On Oct. 1 at 12:51 p.m., police took Alexis Anne Harkins, 37, 80 East St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police and a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Harkins was arrested as a result of a warrant pick-up on Reservoir Avenue.

On Oct. 1 at 8:43 p.m., police took Francis Benoit, 47, 161 Linwood Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Sixth Division District Court. Police say Benoit was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Park and Gansett avenues.

On Oct. 2 at 5:16 p.m., police took Christopher Daniel, 32, 82 Rome Ave., Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Daniel was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Cranston Street and Princess Avenue.

On Oct. 2 at 7:39 p.m., police took Sherri Daigle, 42, no address listed, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Third Division District Court. Police say Daigle was arrested in the area of Cranston Street and Washington Avenue.

On Oct. 3 at 1:36 a.m., police took Anthony Diaz, 46, 173 Whittier Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court and an arrest warrant issued from Warwick Police. Police day Diaz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.
