MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Oct. 6 at 11:30 a.m., police arrested Victor Perez, 20, 58 Merino St., Providence, on charges of driving without/expired license, third or subsequent offense, and manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with Intent to deliver. Police say Perez was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

On Oct. 10 at 4:43 p.m., police arrested Maliek Smith, 24, 104 Ohio Ave., Providence, on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon while committing a crime of violence, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence, license or permit required for carrying a pistol, alteration of marks or identification on firearms, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver. Police say Smith was arrested as a result of a suspicious persons call on Gansett Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Oct. 6 at 6:06 p.m., police arrested Sarah Walker, 42, 5 Linwood Ave., Apt. 4, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 8 at 8:05 a.m., police arrested Raymond J. Decosta, 19, 80 Whitmarsh St., Apt. 10, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 9 at 2:06 p.m., police arrested Anthony J. Urban, 27, 74 Appleton St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 9 at 3:28 p.m., police arrested Lesley Alcantara, 25, 918 Park Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On Oct. 10 at 2:41 a.m., police arrested Emmanuel D. Cabrera, 32, 79 Vermont St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 11 at 9:57 p.m., police arrested Joshua Smith, 35, 92 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 28, Cranston, on a charge of domestic assault by strangulation. Police say Smith was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court.

DUI

On Oct. 10 at 1:25 a.m., police arrested Kyle J. Donnelly, 21, 140 Lambert St., Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Donnelly was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Pontiac Avenue and Beckwith Street.

ROBBERY

On Oct. 5 at 10:09 p.m., police arrested Vaughn Watrous, 43, no address listed, on a charge of second-degree robbery. Police say Watrous was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING

On Oct. 9 at 7:26 a.m., police arrested Daniel Colon, 45, 230 Flint Ave., Cranston, on a charge of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Colon was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Whipple Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Third Division District Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Oct. 9 at 11:30 p.m., police arrested Joseph Peno III, 52, 156 Woodbine St., Apt. 2L, Cranston, on charges of disorderly conduct and false use of a fire alarm. Police say Peno was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Woodbine Street.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Oct. 11 at 11:36 p.m., police arrested Shaquille Jones, 27, 20 Nicholas Brown Yard, Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Jones was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop at New Depot and Garfield avenues. He was additionally taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police.

WARRANTS

On Oct. 7 at 7:15 p.m., police took Tarina Botelho, 47, 67 Tanner St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Botelho was arrested as a result of a call for service on Laurel Hill Avenue.

On Oct. 9 at 2:32 a.m., police took Andy Flores, 23, 57 Salmon St., Apt. 202, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Flores was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.
