DUI

On Nov. 6 at 9:55 p.m., police arrested Mynor Noriega, 41, 210 Macklin St., Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense within five years. Police say Noriega was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident at Dean and Meshanticut Valley parkways.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Nov. 2 at 7:10 a.m., police arrested Gabriel B. Colon, 24, 20 Grand St., Apt. 404, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 2 at 6:10 p.m., police arrested Jesse Gonzalez, 21, 596 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 2 at 7:45 p.m., police arrested Devonte Bonds, 25, 45 Suffolk St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of breaking and entering of a dwelling when the resident is on premises and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 3 at 5:41 p.m., police arrested Renee Sparfven, 38, 1229 Plainfield St., Johnston, on a charge of domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property.

On Nov. 11 at 7:48 p.m., police arrested Erica Cabral, 25, 352 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Nov. 11 at 7:55 p.m., police arrested Maria Cabral, 60, 352 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Nov. 11 at 8:04 p.m., police arrested Orland Machado, 36, 352 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Nov. 12 at 3:31 p.m., police arrested Angelo Nardolillo, 24, 48 Briggs St., Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

WEAPONS CHARGES

On Nov. 7 at 6 p.m., police arrested Elix Javier, 30, 37 Laura St., Apt. 313, Providence, on a charge of license or permit required for carrying a pistol. Police say Javier was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

DRUG CHARGES

On Nov. 3 at 10 a.m., police arrested Sandra Nieves, 46, 21 Salmon St., Apt. 201, Providence, on a charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Police say Nieves was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On Nov. 10 at 2:53 a.m., police arrested Ethan J. Martin, 32, 12 Depew St., Providence, on a charge of possession of cocaine. Police say Martin was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

ASSAULT

On Nov. 4 at 9:53 a.m., police arrested Francisco Batz, 32, 211 Dora St., Providence, on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Batz was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Garfield Avenue.

On Nov. 4 at 9:53 a.m., police arrested Candi Rivera, 36, 12 Whipple Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Rivera was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Garfield Avenue.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On Nov. 3 at 11:47 a.m., police arrested Javen Smith, 20, 12 Russell Ave., Apt. 2, Newport, on a charge of reckless driving/eluding police. Police say Smith was transferred from the custody of Newport Police.

STOLEN VEHICLE

On Nov. 11 at 2:54 p.m., police arrested Peter Mundowa, 34, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Police say Mundowa was arrested as a result of a Flock Safety license plate reading camera hit on Cranston Street.

STOLEN GOODS

On Nov. 4 at 4:30 p.m., police arrested Brad Rochford, 40, 41 Greenhill St., West Warwick, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Rochford was arrested as a result of a call for service on New London Avenue.

On Nov. 7 at 2:21 a.m., police arrested Andres Morales, 52, 10 Lavaughn St., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of receiving stolen goods and injuring or tampering with vehicles. Police say Morales was arrested as a result of a suspicious activity report on Lyndon Road.

VANDALISM

On Nov. 11 at 8:26 a.m., police arrested Joseph Moses, 34, 91 Hartford Ave., Apt. 221, Providence, on a charge of vandalism. Police say Moses was arrested as a result of a call for service on New London Avenue.

FALSE PRETENSES

On Nov. 2 at 10:22 a.m., police arrested Gregory Evans, 59, Bronx, New York, on charges of obtaining money under false pretenses, giving a false document to a public official and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Evans was arrested as a result of a fraud complaint on Phenix Avenue. He was also taken into custody as a fugitive from justice.

On Nov. 5 at 1:40 a.m., police arrested Sean Fisher, 26, 9 Baldwin Court, Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of obtaining property by false pretenses/personation. Police say Fisher was transferred from the custody of West Warwick Police.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Nov. 2 at 10:10 a.m., police arrested Wascar M. Rivas, 25, 64 Bergen St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Rivas was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street. He was also taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

TRESPASSING

On Nov. 2 at 12:53 a.m., police arrested Omogbolhan Oladosu, 25, 113 West Clifford St., Providence, on a charge of trespassing. Police say Oladosu was arrest was a result of a call for service on Sockanosset Cross Road.

WARRANTS

On Nov. 1 at 10:54 p.m., police took Brandi Landry, 43, 101 New London Ave., Apt. 128, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Landry was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on New London Avenue.

On Nov. 1 at 10:54 p.m., police took Gregg Trexler, 48, no address listed, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Trexler was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on New London Avenue.

On Nov. 2 at 6:53 p.m., police took Chris Poulos, 53, 1185 Narragansett Blvd., Apt. 202, Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Coventry Police.

On Nov. 8 at 12:44 p.m., police took William Parenteau, 72, 9 Nickerson St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Warwick Police. Police say Parenteau was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On Nov. 10 at 12:44 p.m., police took Jomelvid Jimenez, 23, 108 Doyle Ave., Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Jimenez turned himself in at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.
