CHILD MOLESTATION

On Nov. 9 at 7:41 a.m., police arrested Herber Huayta, 31, 11 Charter St., Johnston, on two counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Nov. 6 at 8:51 a.m., police arrested Raymond L. Gary, 54, 132 Wollaston St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 8 at 1:24 p.m., police arrested Mohammad Shikhalard, 24, 101 Ashbrook Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 8 at 6:40 p.m., police arrested Gian Mattiello, 27, 10 East Pine Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault, third offense, and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 9 at 12:31 p.m., police arrested Michael McCampbell, 29, 6200 Post Road, Apt. 26, North Kingstown, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 10 at 2:26 a.m., police arrested Anthony Diaz, 46, 1214 Cranston St., Apt. 304, Cranston, on charges of domestic strangulation, domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of a restraining order.

ASSAULT

On Nov. 7 at 10:49 a.m., police arrested Emanuel Alexander Estrela, 23, 765 Reservoir Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Estrela was arrested as a result of a call for service on Reservoir Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On Nov. 7 at 6:14 p.m., police arrested Medjine Coicou, 33, 18 George St., Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Coicou was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police.

On Nov. 8 at 1:58 p.m., police arrested Carter J. Degrace, 42, 201 Thurbers Ave., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Degrace was arrested as a result of a larceny call on Garfield Avenue.

On Nov. 10 at 4:03 a.m., police arrested William Parenteau, 52, 12 Epworth Ave., Apt. 3, West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Parenteau was transferred from the custody of West Warwick Police.

On Nov. 10 at 5:30 p.m., police arrested Luis Chacon, 34, 19 Bergen St., Providence, on charges of shoplifting and resisting arrest. Police say Chacon was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

TRESPASSING

On Nov. 7 at 1:02 p.m., police arrested Debbie A. Martin, 33, 15 Balkcom St., Apt. 3, Riverside, on two counts of willful trespassing. Police say Martin was arrested as a result of a trespassing call on Briggs Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Nov. 10 at 5:40 p.m., police arrested Brien Gallagher, 40, no address listed, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Gallagher was arrested as a result of a call for service on Broad Street.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

On Nov. 6 at 4:54 p.m., police took John Ford, 24, no address listed, into custody as a fugitive from justice. Police say Ford was arrested as a result of a call for service on Route 10.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Nov. 9 at 4:44 a.m., police arrested John Wayne St. Germain, 57, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say St. Germain was arrested as a result of a warrant pick-up on Howard Avenue.
