NO CONTACT ORDER

On Dec. 9 at 3:54 p.m., officers arrested Milton Appleby, 46, of 124 Tallman Ave., Cranston, for Violation of a No Contact Order. Arrest is the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Appleby was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI (Violator).
DUI

On Dec. 9 at 4:27 a.m., officers arrested Mark Harrington, 35, of 38 Mill St, Johnston for DUI-1st Offense-BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as a result of a suspicious vehicle call on Phenix Ave.

BREAKING
AND ENTERING

On Dec. 8 at 3:10 p.m., officers arrested Moises Marte Henriquez, 31, of 101 Clarence St. Apt # 2 Cranston, for Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House and Conspiracy. Arrest is the result of a pickup at East Providence Police Department based on a previously issued arrest warrant. Henriquez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and Released.

On Dec. 8 at 8:32 p.m., officers arrested Julia Plante, 22, of 224 Shenandoah Rd. Warwick, for Domestic Breaking and Entering into a Dwelling House without Consent and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest is the result of a call for service at 45 Berry St. Apt # B. Plante was awaiting Arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Dec. 8 at 1:36 p.m., officers arrested Milton Appleby, 46, of 124 Tallman Ave. Cranston, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest is the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address.

CHILD MOLESTATION

On Dec. 8 at 5:42 a.m., officers arrested Osvaldo Bonilla, 65, of 213 Bellevue Avenue, Providence, RI for an arrest warrant for 2nd degree child molestation. The arrest is the result of an arrest warrant pickup by Providence Police. Bonilla was awaiting arraignment.

DUI

On Dec. 7 at 11:48 p.m., officers arrested Andrew L. Brazee, 29, of 33 Picabo Street, Danielson, CT for DUI BAC unknown and Breathalyzer Refusal. The arrest is the result of an accident investigation on Budlong Road. Brazee was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

DRUG POSSESSION
On Dec. 7 at 8:40 p.m., officers arrested George Botelho, 43, of 300 Mount Hope Ave. Fall River MA, for Possession of Schedule I-V < 10g (Cocaine) and Possession of Schedule I-V < 10g (Clonazepam). Arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop on Speck Ave. Botelho was awaiting Arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

On Dec. 5 at 8:07 p.m., officers arrested Isaiah Jones, 25, of 1126 Cedar Run Dr, Duncanville, TX for Fugitive of Justice (2nd Degree Sexual Assault Felony Warrant) as a result of a traffic stop on Cranston St. Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned by Justice of the Peace and remanded to Men’s Intake
