On Dec. 21 at 8:45 p.m., police arrested Oscar Daniel Xirum Lopez, 27, 114 Pocasset Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of driving under the influence with a passenger under 13 years old. Police say Lopez was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.
On Dec. 27 at 9:05 p.m., police arrested Steven Lafazia, 18, 160 Warwick Ave., Apt. 4, Cranston, on a charge of manufacturing/delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance. Police say Lafazia was arrested as a result of an investigation on Warwick Avenue.
On Dec. 22 at 6:55 p.m., police arrested Tarajya Ramos, 23, 100 Elena St., Apt. 209, Cranston, on a charge of domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property.
On Dec. 25 at 7:21 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey Trecartin, 49, 153 Alpine Estates Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
On Dec. 25 at 7:57 p.m., arrested David Burkhart, 66, 34 Intervale Road, Cranston, on charges of domestic assault on a person over the age of 60 and domestic disorderly conduct.
On Dec. 22 at 10:10 a.m., police arrested Trebor Mims, 29, 10 Kossuth St., first floor, Providence, on a charge of first-degree robbery. Police say Mims was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State P
On Dec. 28 at 3:56 a.m., police arrested Sean Sullivan, 41, 75 Independence Place, Apt. 211, Cranston, on charges of breaking and entering into a business place with felonious intent and resisting arrest. Police say Sullivan was arrested after officers responded to an alarm on Broad Street.
On Dec. 22 at 11:48 p.m., police arrested Natel Threats, 21, 15 Morning Star Row, Providence, on charges of receiving stolen goods and possession of marijuana. Police say Threats was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop at Reservoir Avenue and Beckwith Street.
On Dec. 27 at 12:01 a.m., police arrested Thomas Durrett, 43, 274 New York Ave., first floor, Providence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Durrett was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Reservoir Avenue.
On Dec. 23 at 1:07 p.m., police arrested Kevin Louise Davis, 59, Boston, Massachusetts, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
On Dec. 24 at 4:02 p.m., police arrested Brian Colon, 25, 1176 Elmwood Ave., first floor, Providence, on two counts of violation of a no-contact order.
On Dec. 25 at 4:07 a.m., police arrested Daniel Anthony Casperson, 43, 94 Cornell St., rear, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
On Dec. 26 at 5:19 p.m., police took Debbie Martin, 33, 85 Briggs St., Apt. 414, Cranston, into custody on three bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Martin was arrested “as the result of a self-initiated public contact.”
