Super Agers are a special group of seniors that practice good body and brain health far into their senior years. What makes them different from the average aging adults and which of their habits should we consider embracing? A follow-up to “Tips and Tricks to Keep Our Memory Strong as We Age,” join Terry Fogerty, from RI Hospital to explore the secrets of the Super Agers.

Adult Crafts: Colorful Quotations @ Central

You asked for it and we listened: we are now offering monthly adult crafts at the Central Cranston Library! This month we're creating Colorful Quotations. Select a quotation and 'paint it' with markers and a fine spray mist! All instructions are provided. It's a lot of fun and a great way to spend time trying something new.
This program is open to those 18 and older. All materials are provided. Free and open to the public. Registration is required through the event calendar at events.cranstonlibrary.org. or contact the library for assistance.
