Property Tax Relief Credit and/or City Tax Exemption
Monday, February 26th – 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
RSVP Financial Literacy Volunteers will be available to check your eligibility for either or both Property Tax Relief Credit and the City Tax Exemption. You will need to bring the following:
Taxable and non-taxable income of all household members
Claimant’s Social Security award letter or Form 1099 SSA for 2023
For homeowners your 2023 property tax bill
For renters copies of three (3) rent receipts for 2023 or your 2023 lease agreement
Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP)

CCAP is one of the largest organizations dedicated to providing a wide spectrum of services to all ages. At this presentation we will learn what these services are, who is eligible and what specific services are available to older adults.

Emily and Jada are here to help YOU! This Intergenerational individualized program helps connect generations using technology. Questions or problems with your cell phone, I pad, lap top or any other digital device they are here for you Tuesdays and Thursdays and every other Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Appointments preferred. Walk-ins welcomed. For more information call 780-6144.

For those who enjoy dancing but prefer the option of sitting in a chair while doing so?? Does hand clapping, foot stomping, singing, and dancing while remaining safely seated sound like fun? This class aims to improve overall energy, core stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and fine motor skills. Join Roberta, a licensed Zumba instructor, for a fun time! Come along and bring a friend.
