Lt. Governor Sabina Matos and representatives of State Agencies such as, the Office of Healthy Aging, will be at the Center to raise awareness of the many services available to seniors.  Don’t miss this important informational event.  Knowledge is power!

A Matter of Balance

“A Safe Fall Prevention Program”

Will be offered again this Spring

Mondays & Thursdays

Beginning April 8th ending May 2nd

9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Falls are preventable!  Falls are not a normal part of aging!  Most falls can be prevented – and YOU have the power to reduce that risk!  Register now for our FREE fall prevention evidenced-based program.  It meets twice a week for four weeks.  Upon successful completion of the program each participant will receive a gift certificate.  Space is limited.  Register now by calling 780-6000.

Case Managers:  Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Nurse: Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Pharmacist: Tuesdays& Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
