This FREE workshop is for individuals who simply want to improve their quality of life. This interactive evidence-based program will improve your health by helping you manage symptoms, relieve stress, eat well, exercise, and set goals. Participants will receive a workbook, a relaxation CD, and those who successfully complete the class will receive a gift certificate. Space is limited. Call 780-6000 to register.

Dementia Friendly Dining Experience

A friendly, safe, and enjoyable FREE dining experience where families can bring loved ones who are living with Alzheimer’s Disease or any other form of dementia.
Enjoy a full course meal : pasta & meatballs, vegetables & salad, and for dessert spumoni & cookies. Space is limited. Please call in advance with number of people attending 780-6000. Reservations by May 13th .
AARP Safety Driving Program
Tuesday May 21st – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Fee: AARP members $20.00
Non-members $25.00
Advanced registration and payments required. No tests to successfully complete the program. Class specifically designed for seniors in mind. AARP members are asked to bring your membership card. To register call Yvette at 780-6144 or stop by the Center.
