Wednesday, August 1st – 2:00 p.m.
Facilitator: Jennifer Kevorkian
Caregiving can feel isolating, but you are not alone. When you are overwhelmed and exhausted by your caregiving responsibilities, it can feel like you are the only person dealing with so much. That is why caregiving groups are so helpful. They are filled with people who are in similar situations. Being able to talk with others who truly understand reduces stress, validates your experience, and gives connection and support. Our Caregiver’s Support Group meets every month. For more information call Jennifer at 401-780-6254 or just stop in on our next group meeting.
