Thursday, Feb. 17 – 10 a.m. to noon
RSVP Financial Literacy Volunteers are available to check your eligibility for a Property Tax Relief Credit and/or a City Tax Exemption. Zumba Gold Seated
Tuesdays – 9:30 a.m. $2 per class
We now have Chair Zumba for those who enjoy dancing but prefer the option of sitting in a chair while doing so. Does hand clapping, foot stomping, singing and dancing while remaining safely seated sound like fun? This program aims to improve overall energy, core stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and fine motor skills. Join Roberta, a licensed Zumba Gold instructor, for a fun class, guaranteed! If you are not having a good time after the first 20 minutes, simply ask to leave and your class fee will be refunded. Volunteers Needed
Cranston’s Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is looking for volunteers for the following vacancies:
RSVP Fraud Prevention Volunteers: To provide the community with information and tips to help prevent common frauds, scams and other types of elder financial exploitation.
RSVP Recycling Volunteers: To educate the community with the assistance and guidance from the RI Resource Recovery Center on a variety of topics such as waste reduction and reuse, recycling and composting.
