Cranston West Theater, with a cast and crew of 50-plus, will be joining thousands of national and international theatrical organizations in producing their own local production of Music Theatre International’s “All Together Now!” – a global event celebrating local theatre. The theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) created this revue, thereby creating a global phenomenon.

“All Together Now! features songs from MTI’s beloved catalogue of musicals, including “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “Come From Away,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Godspell,” “Les Misérables,” “Matilda,” “Once on This Island,” “Rent,” “Waitress” and many more.

MTI’s President and CEO Drew Cohen stated, “MTI’s ‘All Together Now!’ is about bringing people back to the theatre, whether as audience members or cast, crew and musicians. The revue features songs from the world’s most iconic musicals, so there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Our goal with this worldwide event is for organizations to provide hope, inspiration and excitement to their communities through the transformative power of musical theatre.”

Led by theater teacher and director Nancy Vitulli, the award-winning Cranston West Theater Program prepares students who plan to further study or work in theater arts, as well as to develop the confidence, poise, articulate communication, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, and reflective strategies required to become productive members of society. In a theater classroom or production environment, all students are encouraged to develop a lifelong appreciation for theatre arts.

All general admission tickets are $10. Performances are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 12, and Saturday, Nov. 13, at 7:30 p.m., as well as Sunday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. The Cranston High School West Theater is located in the school’s Alumni Auditorium, 80 Metropolitan Ave.

For ticket information, visit chsw-theater.weebly.com under the ticket sales tab or visit chsw.booktix.com to directly purchase tickets. We are limiting seating to 250 per performance and we will require that there be one empty seat between each patron. In compliance with school guidelines, masks must be worn at all times in the building. To minimize overcrowding, doors to the auditorium building will open 45 minutes prior to showtime.

Due to the limited number of tickets available, we encourage everyone to purchase their tickets in advance online. Remaining tickets will be available for purchase in the auditorium Sunday, Nov. 7, through Wednesday, Nov. 10, between 6 and 8 p.m. Provided we are not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the door before each performance. Only cash or checks payable to CHSW Theater are accepted at the school. If there are any questions, call 401-270-8049.
