Earth Day Redux: Making  Cranston  greener and  cleaner

Councilman Chris Paplauskas organized a cleanup of Meshanticut (page 7).
Next Saturday the Edgewood Waterfront Preservation Association will be working with the Pawtuxet Village Association on projects to clean Stillhouse Cove and Pawtuxet Park beginning at 9 a.m.

Councilman Compopiano has arranged a clean up of the bike path, with help from the Pastor Rick Moore of Hope Church, next at 10 a.m. with volunteers for the cleanup meeting at the gazeebo, where the councilman will be stationed to lead the effort.

Grab a pair of work gloves and a healthy appreciation for Mother Earth and join in the effort to make Cranston a cleaner place.
