CITY OF CRANSTON 

NOTICE OF DIVIDING OF SENATORIAL, REPRESENTATIVE, WARD, AND PRECINCT VOTING DISTRICTS DUE TO REDISTRICTING 

Due to the 2022 redistricting process, the Cranston Board of Canvassers hereby notifies all Cranston voters of changes in voting districts, effective for the September 13, 2022 Statewide Primary and November 8, 2022 General Election, and remaining in effect until the next state redistricting in 2032, or until otherwise changed or modified in accordance with state law.

YOUR POLLING PLACE MAY HAVE CHANGED DUE TO REDISTRICTING.  

Verify your polling place and new voting district online at vote.ri.gov, or call the Canvassing Authority at 401-780-3121 with any questions. All Cranston voters will receive a postcard in July with their new voting district and polling place information. Always verify your polling location prior to every election; polling places are subject to change.

SEPTEMBER 13, 2022 STATEWIDE PRIMARY
NOVEMBER 8, 2022 GENERAL ELECTION

All polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day

 

In-person Early Voting for the September Primary and November General Election will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays (except Labor Day) from August 24 through September 12 for the Primary, and from October 19 through November 7 for the General Election, ending at the deadline of 4 p.m. on the last day for early voting for both elections, at the following location only:

*** Please note that Early Voting will not take place at City Hall in 2022. ***

 

On Primary Day, Tuesday, September 13, 2022, and on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8, 2022, you can only vote at your assigned polling location.

Early voting at the Pastore Youth Center ends at 4 p.m. the day prior to each election.
