URI SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance) Outreach Clinic

If you have questions about your SNAP application, wish to apply for SNAP, or have received correspondence from the SNAP office that you don’t understand then be sure to stop by in this clinic.

“Gait Way to Better Balance”
March 14th – 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Provided by: URI Physical Therapy Dept. & R.I. Geriatric Education Center

A free program that includes: brief balance tests; recommendations about ways to improve balance and prevent falls and an introduction to appropriate exercise programs. Individuals using a walker, cane or other assistive device are welcome to participate.
